Communication across shifts and to those involved in other aspects of the business is extremely important. Maintenance issues, customer issues, staffing and accounting issues are among the things that need to be seamlessly communicated among the management team. We would like to be able to open, respond to and close issues. Ultimately, such a capability would incorporate pdf and video repositories for management documents and training documentation as well as tracking capability for things such as temperature logs.
We are a restaurant/brewery and would LOVE to be able to integrate our mug club into Emagine POS. They have special discounts that we have to manually apply currently. We'd also like a way to track mug club annual renewals. THANK YOU!
